One holiday-season favorite is Triple Ginger Dark Chocolate, which pairs 70 percent dark chocolate with ginger in powdered, candied, and fresh forms. Another variety, Morning Joe, pairs the same 70 percent dark chocolate with cream infused with Slate coffee, offering a mocha richness. Meanwhile, the premium Scarlata Pure Dark Chocolate does away with all ingredients that distract while incorporating just a touch of honey and cream.
In the autumn, Scarlata offers the popular Pumpkin Spice truffle, which features subtle notes of nutmeg, cinnamon, and clove. The company also crafts its Kentucky Bourbon Dark Chocolate, with caramel and vanilla notes that appeal to even the casual chocolate lover. Other seasonal favorites include San Juan Salted Caramel and Burnt Sugar Orange.
