Edward Anderton, a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and a former project manager at Microsoft, is currently the cofounder and managing director at Scarlata Chocolate in Seattle, Washington. In this role, Edward Anderton manages all of the day to day operations of the organization and works toward creative exploration of new markets. Since 2012, Scarlata Chocolate has created decadent artisan dark chocolates made from ingredients that are gluten free, fairly traded, and organic. The online chocolate boutique participates in a number of popular events throughout the year, including the Northwest Chocolate Festival.
